This elite mercenary company has a long history in Khorvaire. Founded almost 300 years ago, they quickly made a name for themselves, and maintained their tradition of professionalism and efficiency. Led by Commander Ra’fel, the RTMC is known to be worth their weight in gold when hired for a task. The Company Code, " Honor, Duty, Contract" is ingrained in every soldier.

The process to join the Company is grueling, and it is understood that death is a very real risk while training and endeavoring to join their ranks. Those strong and intelligent enough to make it through training are not only taken care of for the rest of their (sometimes shorter than average) life, but are treated with respect throughout the lands
